The luxury experience at Caesars Palace receives a stylish upgrade with refreshed Presidential Villas in the Colosseum Tower and 29 Sky Villas in the Octavius Tower.
Designed by Peter Silling & Associates, the renovations merge European artistry with contemporary elegance, according to representatives from this legendary Las Vegas resort, which has been a staple since its opening in 1966.
According to Sean McBurney, chief commercial officer and regional president of Caesars Entertainment, “The Colosseum Presidential Villas and Octavius Sky Villas have been favorites for guests over the years, but they were also among our earliest premium accommodations.” He added, “Their previous Roman-inspired design needed a fresh approach, and collaborating with Peter Silling & Associates enabled us to redefine the villas’ aesthetics.”
The interconnected Colosseum Presidential Villas offer complimentary layouts. The 8,060-square-foot villa boasts brushed gold accents and soft lighting, while the 8,370-square-foot option features bold architectural lines and darker hues. Each villa includes a 1,700-square-foot outdoor terrace, providing expansive views of the Las Vegas skyline.
Signature features of each villa encompass a private elevator accessed through a vestibule influenced by Roman gardens; floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the picturesque surroundings; and bespoke chandeliers crafted from metal, glass, and crystal. Additionally, a double-sided glass fireplace elegantly divides the living and entertainment spaces.

The entertainment lounge is outfitted with a chic bar and a billiard table, while the formal dining space dazzles with mirror-lined ceilings and a lavish 10-seat table made from Calacatta Oro marble.
Positioned on the 68th and 69th floors, the Sky Villas embrace a sleek design characterized by clean architectural lines, a sophisticated color palette, and striking views that enhance the overall experience of guests.
Wood and metal, velvet and leather, crystal and stone create an intriguing contrast throughout these spaces. Elegant high ceilings, sculptural lighting, and thoughtfully curated art pieces contribute to a sense of openness and exclusivity.
McBurney commented, “With spectacular views of the Strip, these completely renovated villas now reflect the modern lifestyle guests desire, blending relaxation and entertainment while remaining true to our Roman heritage.” He noted that these renovations signify a significant milestone in the resort’s ongoing transformation, coinciding with its 60th anniversary this year.
Adding to the excitement, Caesars will also introduce the Omnia Dayclub later this pool season, created by Tao Group Hospitality. This expansive venue will cover 46,000 square feet, feature two large pools, and host performances from top-tier DJs.
Future developments include the renovation of nearly 1,000 suites in the Augustus Tower and enhancements to the VIP check-in lounge. An impressive redesign is planned for over 500 rooms in the Julius Tower and nearly 1,200 rooms in the Palace Towers by 2027.
